Islamic Portraits

I just wrapped up a photography session revolving around the world of Islam. I hope you’ll enjoy these beautiful images. I’ve been considerably annoyed by the misconceptions of Islam established by the media. As a photographic artist I feel compelled to help clear up those misconceptions– this project is my attempt to show the beauty of Islamic culture and religion.

Hi,
I just want to say that I find these pictures absolutely stunning. I beleive they really capture the beauty of the religion which co-exists in modern society. Especially, the picture of the Conservative woman showing her legs which I interpret as her defiance being her beauty within covered by the viel.
